**Job Overview:**

Fairway Group seeks a highly organised and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of its office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Provide front desk reception cover, handle incoming calls, sort and distribute post, and greet visitors.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee building maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and monitor supplies.
  • IT and Office Support: Assist with IT issues, maintain hardware inventory, and organise new starter setups.
  • Company Secretarial Support: Assist with meeting arrangements, prepare agendas, and maintain statutory records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
