We are seeking a highly skilled professional with up to 5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or business development to join our team, based in Portugal or holding a valid work permit for Portugal.
The successful candidate will report to our Account Manager and be responsible for managing the tendering process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tendering strategies to maximize chances of success.
- Manage the tendering process, including preparing and submitting responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal documents and pitch materials.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or business development.
- Proven track record in managing and winning tenders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tendering software.
