Job Description
We are seeking a Senior QA Manager to lead our QA offering and drive innovation in testing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing our QA strategy, including automation, and working closely with account teams to align technical structures with client needs.
This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can articulate the value of QA to clients, drive adoption of innovative testing solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of QA services.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in testing, with a proven track record of designing and leading QA offerings, focusing on QA automation and innovative testing solutions.
- Experience in collaborating effectively with account teams to structure and deliver technical QA solutions aligned with client needs
- Strong expertise in test methodologies and frameworks such as ISTQB, TMap, V-Model, and Agile
- Relevant knowledge or certifications, including ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Agile Tester Certification, and test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in testing
- Proven experience in designing and leading QA offerings, focusing on QA automation and innovative testing solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with account teams to structure and deliver technical QA solutions aligned with client needs
- Strong expertise in test methodologies and frameworks such as ISTQB, TMap, V-Model, and Agile
- Relevant knowledge or certifications, including ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Agile Tester Certification, and test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) and security testing practices
