About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing tender documents, including detailed construction specifications, quantities, and material quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Analyze and interpret technical documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Measure and record construction progress
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quantity surveying or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
