At JLL, we seek a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and preparing consultations with suppliers, including construction details, quantities, and material quality, aligned with project and Tétris/JLL policies.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying roles, preferably in a general contracting environment. A degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, are essential.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and prepare consultations with suppliers, including construction details, quantities, and material quality, aligned with project and Tétris/JLL policies;
  • Systematize and organize budgets (composite and auxiliary prices) in control maps;
  • Analyze technical aspects of written and drawn processes for budgeting and ongoing works;
  • Measure works;
  • Prepare proposals;
  • Analyze and compose extra work, in line with the Project Manager;
  • Analyze errors and omissions;


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying roles, preferably in a general contracting environment;
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, preferred but not essential;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Elevated analytical and results-oriented abilities;
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing suppliers;
  • Capacity for organization and attention to detail;
  • Proactivity and persistence;
  • Good knowledge of English and proficiency in office, AutoCAD, and Revit tools;
