We are seeking a highly skilled French Language Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global client base, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients in the tobacco industry.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various products, including traditional cigarettes and innovative smokeless devices. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an outstanding customer experience through timely and effective communication via telephone and email. You will also be required to provide technical support regarding product usage and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting issues that may arise.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with fluency in English (B2 level). Additionally, you should demonstrate empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in telephone customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
