About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Norwegian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our vibrant team in sunny Malaga or Lisbon. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will engage with them through phone, email, chat, and social media, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your Mission: Solve problems, offer solutions, and make our customers feel valued and understood. Collaborate closely with our fantastic team, including Team Leaders, Managers, and our Customer Success Team. Juggle multiple projects with ease and manage different timelines like a pro.

Requirements: Multilingual Superstar: Fluently speak Norwegian and English. Bonus points if you speak another language. Experience Counts: Ideally, you have at least a year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role.
