**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolving technical issues through phone, email, or chat
- Collaborating with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Providing accurate records of customer interactions
- Participating in cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences
**Requirements:**
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Fluency in French and excellent communication skills in English
• Experience within Customer Service (preferably in a call center environment)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
