Key Accountabilities
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring goods and services to meet our business needs. Your role will involve identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with our purchasing processes. You will also work closely with our procurement team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on their quality, reliability, and pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts with selected suppliers to meet our business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with our purchasing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:
  • A good level of German and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar Procurement role is an advantage.
