Regional Market Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Market Director to lead our expansion in the Spanish market. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, overseeing sales activities, and establishing strong relationships with key clients.

As a Regional Market Director, you will have the autonomy to develop and implement effective sales strategies, working closely with our marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and maintain competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales strategies. They will also possess excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with a strong interest in digital marketing channels and e-commerce.

• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.

• Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content producer.
