ZUMUB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Market Director to lead our operations in Spain. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive business growth and strategic development in the Spanish market.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
About the RoleAs Senior Market Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term growth strategies that align with ZUMUB's overall objectives. Your key areas of focus will include:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the Spanish market.
- Sales Management: Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas.
- Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content producer.
- Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity, and ambition.
- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true start-up, agile environment with early responsibility for key decision-making.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
