Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Market Expansion Strategist in our Spanish office. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Development Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that drive sales growth and market expansion in Spain.
  • Sales Management: Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Product Development: Work closely with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs and trends.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion, to maximize market share and revenue.
  • Launch Management: Supervise the launch of new products, working closely with marketing teams to ensure successful execution and results.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Spanish Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends is essential for success in this role.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English are required to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary with benefits, including remote/hybrid home office policy, employee discounts, and other perks. The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
