About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company that values cultural diversity and customer satisfaction. As a multilingual customer interaction expert, you will play a vital role in shaping our customers' experiences and driving business success.
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring their complete satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products and services. You should also be fluent in Turkish and have a good command of English.
Beyond technical requirements, we are looking for a team player who can adapt to our dynamic environment and work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels, resolving their inquiries and issues

Requirements:
- Native or near-native level of Turkish
- Good level of English (for working in an international company)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
