Matchtech is seeking a seasoned Tender Manager to spearhead the development of winning proposals for medium and low-voltage electrical distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender & Proposal Management – Analyze RFQs, define bid strategies, and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial offers.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans with technical experts.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the key liaison between internal teams, factories, and clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Contract Negotiation – Support and lead contract discussions, ensuring proposals meet customer needs while maintaining profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement – Track tender performance, analyze lessons learned, and contribute to process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering (preferably with a focus on electrical systems), or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in tendering or proposal management, preferably in technological tendering for electrical distribution projects.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from suppliers to customers.
  • Project Management mindset – Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Software proficiency – Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Visio (ETAP/E-Plan knowledge is a plus).
  • Languages – Fluent English (C1) required; Spanish is a plus.
