- Create and distribute reports from regularly scheduled to ad hoc utilizing data in DSV Employee Central by required due date as assigned.
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central in relation to requests related to reporting.
- Maintain DSV Employee Central data integrity by reporting data anomalies to the HRIS helpdesk.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field is also necessary. A minimum of three years' experience in HR related systems administration, payroll processing, functional support and enhancement development is preferred.
