Job Description:

  • Lead and execute strategic communications initiatives across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that drive engagement and support business priorities.
  • Create and manage compelling content across various formats (newsletters, presentations, infographics) that effectively communicate strategic initiatives and business updates.
  • Create and manage a robust Comms plan serving internal channels (SharePoint, Teams channels) and Solution Areas.
  • Own end-to-end newsletter production and distribution processes.
  • Manage the EMEA Enablement calendar, including coordination of meetings, attendance tracking, and follow-up actions.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for project documentation and workflows.
  • Partner with senior leadership to craft and deliver high-impact communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Communications/Marketing/Organizational Development within fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Highly curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in using digital communication platforms and tools, with knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and data to inform storytelling, drive decision-making, and influence leadership.
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen with the capability to engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g., personal data protection and brand guidelines.
  • Strong collaboration/team player skills with talent to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
