Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team at Instaleap in Barcelona. As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide timely resolutions to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with fellow Support Engineers to resolve incidents and improve overall service quality.
  • Maintain compliance with established SLAs for case resolution.
  • Prioritize cases based on impact and ensure effective issue escalation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the Support team.
Your Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Support-related positions.
  • Demonstrated interest in technical fields, including development and automation.
  • Able to influence and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
Your Skills:
  • Portuguese advanced skills (Must), and intermediate-advanced English desired.
  • Intermediary SQL level.
  • Remote collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages is desirable (no development experience required).
