Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Operations Support Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our application infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying applications by setting up environments according to standards, troubleshooting, and producing accurate documentation.
  • Providing technical support to all environments hosting applications, both locally developed and third parties internally hosted.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software application support and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down problems into components and identify relevant issues.
