This role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and plays a vital part in the financial operations of the business. Working closely with the finance team to achieve departmental and team goals, ensuring efficient and accurate information flow.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment;
- Maintain accurate financial records and control mechanisms;
- Ensure supplier accounts are reconciled to ensure data accuracy and make timely payments;
- Guarantee timely completion of accountancy monthly closing tasks;
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures;
- Evaluate KPIs results for alignment and orientation.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable or similar roles;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Bonus: experience with PHC.
