**Job Description:**

At our company, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, and we need a talented Native French speaker to join our team as an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will be responsible for supporting our customers through inbound and outbound contacts, identifying and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations. Your role will involve using all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serving customers through voice or digital platforms, identifying and understanding their specific needs and expectations.
  • Providing personalized and professional communication, applying brand tone to every touch point and situation.
  • Continuously learning and taking advantage of new knowledge and skills in your own work, while being the ambassador for our products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities to create sales and customer retention, influencing high-value customers through genuine interest in their habits and taking advantage of relevant offers.

**Requirements:**

  • Native level of French and some fluency in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly.
  • A proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what's right for the community.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
