Join us as a Head of Full-Cycle Recruitment at OutSystems and play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for innovation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting technical talent at all levels and across multiple geographies. They will have strong sourcing and networking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

The Head of Full-Cycle Recruitment will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR & Finance business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and provide a world-class candidate experience. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday a plus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills will also be beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and delivering a seamless recruitment process.
