We are currently seeking a Cash Collection Lead - Italian Speaker to join our NBS team.
About the RoleThe Cash Collection Lead will be responsible for leading a team in Cash Collection and ensuring timely execution of activities according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires:
- Leading the Cash Collection team and driving excellence through best practice implementation and business/internal control establishment.
- Maintaining operational efficiency and coordinating Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Developing and executing short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function.
- Coaching and developing the team.
- Ensuring business continuity plan implementation and compliance with Cash Collection activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering services through Shared Service partners.
- Strong knowledge in financial areas and SAP solutions.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to develop and execute strategies.
- Good communication skills to address and influence internal and external customers.
- Ability to adapt to change and analytical capability.
- A strong level of English and Italian.
