Key Responsibilities

As a French Customer Advisor at Kulture Talent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes providing information about products or services, taking or entering orders, canceling accounts, or obtaining details of complaints.

Administrative Support

You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial area, ensuring that policies, procedures, and activities are executed in a timely, correct, and effective manner.

Record Keeping

Accurate record keeping is crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Purchasing and Shipping

You will also be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and reviewing purchasing files, reports, and price lists, as well as checking shipments to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet the defined specifications.

Communication and Collaboration

Effective communication and collaboration with suppliers through email and chat are essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Native or Proficient in French (level C2)
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient
