Job Description:

\

We are looking for an individual with excellent Croatian reading and writing skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. As a customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing a leading online marketplace.

\

You will handle continuous communication via ticketing and chat with customers regarding incidents, issues, and questions. You will also resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by our client.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills
  • Good English reading and writing skills (B2+ level)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-minded and empathetic, with the ability to independently support customers
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
  • Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
