Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Recognized as a reliable strong leader & partner in a corporate environment, with a passion for projects, process, and for process improvements in the discipline of Human Resources.
  • Significant and relevant experience managing HR projects (e.g +10 years), together with practical application of process improvement using project/change management methodologies.
  • Proven Project Management skills, experience leading/managing large scale projects and / or solving complex business problems with scalable solutions.
  • Must be a results-oriented change agent, leveraging strong interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate and facilitate positive dialogue with various levels and areas of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically considering the broader business implications, enterprise dependencies, with an awareness of the up/downstream requirements and/or impacts and any cost implications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to assist others in understanding of new projects, new processes, and influencing them to try new ways of doing business.
  • Experience project documentations, assessing useful key metrics, critical & analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as business needs change and adept at managing multiple workstreams/projects.
