Sales Support Associate Role Summary: As a Sales Support Associate at Cozymeal, you will lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives, sell culinary experiences, and improve the sales process.
We offer a remote role with growth opportunities, a great work environment, and a competitive compensation package. If you have 4+ years of culinary sales experience, phone sales experience, and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in this position.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on Cozymeal experiences to offer tailored solutions
- Continuously improve the sales process and offerings on Cozymeal
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of culinary sales experience
- 4+ years of phone sales experience
- Revenue-driven with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient time management and ability to work in a home office environment
- Ability to work for 8 hours/day during weekdays
- Experience handling a high volume of leads via phone and email
- CRM Experience (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
