Contract Specialist Job Summary

The Contracts Specialist plays a critical role in the successful execution of NetJets Agreements to ensure timely and accurate closure of Sales transactions in accordance with NetJets and regulatory policies. This position requires a problem-solving mindset to navigate the closing process and act as a subject matter expert in deal structure and contractual conditions.

Main Responsibilities

- Analyze and prepare NetJets Agreements, understanding standard and non-standard terms and conditions.
- Accurately execute NetJets Agreements in line with Sales and Owner requests, ensuring compliance with NetJets and regulatory policies.
- Audit contracts prepared within the team to ensure delivery of the best service to the Sales Team and Owners.
- Compare, adjust, and apply legal wording to standard and non-standard NetJets Agreements.
- Provide technical support on contractual conditions to the Sales Team and/or Management Team by request.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with issuing and auditing contractual documentation, including roles within Customer Contracts, Paralegal, Procurement, or Audit functions.
- Ability to understand and execute contractual matters, including standard and non-standard requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
