About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with our business stakeholders in Sales, Pricing, Packaging & Finance to deliver a world-class Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) management experience for internal users.
The Senior Business System Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing our Salesforce Quote to Order processes and configuration. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and prototyping solutions for the Salesforce CPQ application
- Leading discovery sessions with stakeholders to map business processes and distill business requirements into actionable solution designs
- Collaborating with business partners to shape functional requirements for quoting, configuration, and pricing
- Administering Salesforce CPQ declarative configuration, settings, and configurations
- Recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to increase efficiency and automation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)
- Proficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel to support data analysis & quality initiatives
- Demonstrated testing skills with the ability to identify & execute appropriate depth of testing, including negative tests and integrated test scenarios
