Bar Manager

As a key member of the Six Senses team, the Bar Manager will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the brand's values of sustainability, wellness, and crafted experiences.

• Ensure seamless service delivery in the bar, adhering to Six Senses standards and exceeding guest expectations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all drinks menus, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to the Six Senses values.
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and connection among guests.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field, plus two or more years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
• Relevant work visas to work in the EU.
