Bar Manager

As a Bar Manager at Six Senses, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of our brand values and a passion for providing emotional hospitality.

• Ensure all guests receive courteous and attentive service.
• Be knowledgeable about our drink menus and preparation methods.
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of menus and wine lists.
• Work with empathy and understanding to provide a personalized experience.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service of all beverages, adhering to our resort's standards.
• Prepare mis-en-place for cocktails and drinks in all beverage outlets.
• Have a thorough knowledge of outlet menus and F&B activities.
• Suggest upselling opportunities and maintain a good understanding of menu prices.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
• Adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
• Operate the department in accordance with legal, statutory, and financial requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field, plus two or more years of related experience, including management experience.
• Diploma in Catering or Business, with more than three years' experience in a similar role, preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant work visas to work in the EU.
