Unleash your growth potential as a sales professional in the dynamic world of social media. Our company, Blu Selection Spain, is seeking a skilled Social Media B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €1040 gross/month or €1298 gross/month, depending on accommodation options. You'll also receive private health insurance from the start of your contract and standard insurance. Additionally, you'll have access to flexible working hours, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, running from 7 AM to 9 PM.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will aid small and medium-sized enterprises with tailor-made strategies through dynamic support via email, phone, and chat. Your responsibilities include advising and guiding businesses to nurture their growth, acquiring new advertisers, supporting self-services for clients, and providing pre- and after-sales support.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1)
- Sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Impactful and persuasive communication skills
- Pasison for social media and ability to translate that passion into results
