Job Description
The Biotechnology Liaison Specialist plays a crucial role in communicating accurate information regarding Amgen science and products to multiple levels within the medical community.
As a Global Medical Affairs Professional, you will educate and communicate clinical and scientific data to advance the scientific platform as aligned with Amgen's corporate goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include engaging with healthcare stakeholders, educating payers and providers, responding to inquiries, and providing insights to internal stakeholders.
You will also support speaker training, ensure speakers are updated on new data, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to advance MSL value proposition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek an experienced professional with advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MD) or equivalent combination of relevant educational and professional training.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of solid experience in pharmaceutical /biotech industry is required, with expertise in affiliate Medical Department or Clinical Development.
A strong network of customer contacts and willingness to travel are essential.
You should have a solid understanding of your country's local health care system and decision-making processes.
