Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Manager to join our team and lead our QA offering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the QA strategy, including automation, and working closely with account teams to align technical structures with client needs.

The Senior QA Manager will play a critical role in driving the adoption of innovative testing solutions, articulating the value of QA to clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of QA services.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Designing and developing the QA strategy, including automation;
  • Working closely with account teams to align technical structures with client needs;
  • Articulating the value of QA to clients and driving adoption of innovative testing solutions;
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of QA services;
  • Staying updated with technological trends and evolutions in testing;
  • Identifying opportunities to use technology to enhance testing efficiency, including automation;
  • Driving conversations with clients to highlight the value of QA and QA automation in their digital transformation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in testing, with a proven track record of designing and leading QA offerings, focusing on QA automation and innovative testing solutions.

You should also possess strong expertise in test methodologies and frameworks such as ISTQB, TMap, V-Model, and Agile, as well as relevant knowledge or certifications, including ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Agile Tester Certification, and test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter.

In addition, you should have experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) and security testing practices, and excellent communication skills to articulate the value of QA to clients.
