Job Description

We are currently seeking a Supply Planner to join our team in Lisbon. As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the supply network of various products across different categories, including Coffee, Machines, and Accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish monthly production reviews with internal and external manufacturers
  • Follow a feasible 18-month production plan, built by the manufacturer and based on total requirements
  • Ensure successful product launches and phase-outs by liaising with the Category Demand Planner
  • Analyze and evaluate supply plans and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs
  • Achieve sustainable stock availability levels across markets within working capital and freshness objectives
  • Plan and optimize mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints and costs
  • Check and challenge market stock availability and stock cover results
  • Challenge and support Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy improvement
  • Optimize inventory levels in international distribution centers
  • Optimize and automate processes to improve ways of working

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or supply chain from multinational companies
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Preliminary experience with SAP-APO and SAP-R3 is a plus
  • Skilled with PowerBI and Python would be a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to set priorities and highly proactive
