In this exciting role as Operations Customer Expert I, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic multilingual team at Leslie Talent Solutions. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service in the Italian market, and we are looking for a highly skilled individual to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Solutions: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, assisting with issues related to reservations, including changes, cancellations, or complaints.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle urgent and unforeseen issues promptly to minimize customer disruption and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, hotels, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve complex requests.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve customer service quality and contribute to team success.
Training and Development

A comprehensive training program will be provided, covering team integration, system training, product knowledge, and customer management techniques. The fully compensated training period will last 20 working days (8 hours/day).

Benefits
  • Base Salary: €768 per month.
  • Total Compensation Package: Approximately €1,250 (inclusive of allowances and benefits).
  • Health Insurance: Coverage begins on the first day of employment.
  • Meal Allowance: Provided via a debit card.

  • Relocation Support: Company-rented, fully furnished apartments available for employees relocating over 100km from the workplace.
  • Trial Period: A one-month trial period is in effect post-contract signing. Performance during this period determines long-term employment.
