We are seeking a dedicated Multilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This includes collaborating with our technical teams to resolve complex issues and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
