About the Role
We're looking for a Multilingual Customer Care Advocate to join our Blu Selection team. As a Medical Customer Service representative, you'll be responsible for supporting customers using the Omni pod-Product, an Insulin Management System. Your tasks will include responding to inquiries, managing orders, and providing guidance and solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Manage orders and coordinate product shipments
- Offer guidance and support to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues
