We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Advocate to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent customer support through multiple channels.
- Address product, service, and technical questions from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upkeep company policies and service standards.
- Czech language proficiency at C1/C2 level and B2+ in English.
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or similar roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work permit or EU citizenship for employment in Portugal.
