Global Customer Advocate

We are looking for a highly motivated Global Customer Advocate to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and advocating on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product information and pricing details to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Italian language
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge and technical savvy
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
