About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Client Advocate to join our Customer Service team.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

  • You will provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, resolve their queries and concerns, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives when necessary.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and meeting high standards of quality and productivity.
