Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Analyst to join our team at Cti Clinical Trial Services, Inc. The successful candidate will provide first-level support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to all employees for computer system hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment
  • Meet with new employees to review setup and procedures for computer and telecommunication devices
  • Train employees as needed on IT products and enhancements
  • Procure and install new electronic devices, such as PCs and mobile devices
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies, while aggressively watching the budget
  • Maintain CTI internal systems, including phones, copy machines, and other equipment
  • Assist with implementing and supporting third-party applications
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to provide support to employees for critical IT needs outside of regular business hours
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience working with desktops, laptops, first-level support issues, and networks in a multi-site environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Office 365 and Windows
  • Experience installing and supporting desktop environments
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
