Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional multi-channel support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Document each action taken and categorize cases and possible bugs to facilitate our engineering team's efforts.
- Provide general and technical support to customers using our client's paid products.
- Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.

Requirements- At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment.
- Native Italian level written and spoken communication skills.
- Minimum B2 Level English spoken and written.
- European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit.
- Proactive attitude and strong team-spirit.
- Ability to handle customer emotions and empathize with clients' cases.
- Openness to work flexible hours as required.
