Bacardi Limited is seeking a skilled Key Account Strategist to join our team in Portugal.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and develop strategic relationships with key customers in Portugal. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key revenue targets, understanding customers' strategies, and leveraging the Bacardi value proposition to grow mutual business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective and strategic relationships with Key Customers and influence the positioning of Bacardi brands in the Country.
  • Implement Integrated Activity Plans (IAPs) agreed for the Off Trade Key Accounts.
  • Utilize Bacardi's Picture of Success guidelines to establish strategic agreements with the main National Off Trade Groups, Food Service chains, and other strategic Business-to-Business partnerships.
  • Deliver on key revenue targets, including NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, and Value Share.
Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • First-hand sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of sales effectiveness tools and category management.
  • Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
  • Fluency in the Country's most spoken languages – Portuguese.
  • Sense of ownership, teamwork spirit, and focus on objectives.
