We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Eugenia Talent. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most valuable client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
