The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Consultant in Data Governance to join our team and support organizations in the Financial Services sector (Banking and Insurance). As a key member of our team, you'll be pivotal in assessing the maturity of current data governance practices and shaping future data management landscapes, with a specific focus on BCBS 239 compliance.
- Defining data management policies and processes.
- Investigating data quality issues.
- Assessing data management maturity and data quality.
- Designing and implementing Data Governance models.
You will collaborate with our team on the following assignments:
- Translate the strategic objectives of an organization into actionable goals related to data strategy, management, and utilization, with a particular focus on the Financial Services sector and BCBS 239 compliance, as well as other relevant regulations.
- Understand business needs and convert them into data-related functionalities.
- Define and implement data governance models, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures for data management and governance.
- Stay updated on best practices for Data Governance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and client personnel at various levels as required.
