Ostomy Care Sales Representative

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Convatec Inc. as a Sales Representative for Ostomy Care Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the turnover and market share of the area, rolling out the commercial policy in the market segment they are responsible for within the hospital network, and supporting healthcare professionals with information regarding the proper usage of our product range.
Key Responsibilities: The Sales Representative will prospect and develop priority targets, set up information sessions for hospital staff, drive sales negotiations, and create and develop professional connections with opinion leaders in cooperation with our Medical Department. They will also promote our products and solutions, roll out action plans and campaigns, and drive and report activity in our CRM tool.
Main Contacts: The Sales Representative will be in regular contact with healthcare professionals, regional teams of resellers and service suppliers, and our Ostomy Care ConvaTec regional teams. They will also work closely with our Iberia central teams, including marketing, medical, and regulatory affairs.
About You: We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of success in sales. You should have a university degree, preferably in Business or Scientific fields, and previous experience in sales of medical device products and/or prescription market. You should also be autonomous, have strong business acumen, and be able to establish long-term, successful customer relationships.
