Job Overview

Your responsibilities and impact as a Software Sales Expert will be multifaceted:

  • Contacting new and existing clients via various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Providing exceptional client experience by offering support with product adoption.
  • Becoming an expert on advertising platforms.
  • Managing a portfolio with responsibility for growing revenue through customer service and support.

Requirements and Qualifications

You will need:

  • A native level of French and a fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).
  • Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in using voicemail and electronic mail systems.
  • A proactive mindset regarding issue identification, opportunity recognition, and client communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism.
