Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Strategist for Google Ads to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal. As a Sales Strategist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners to identify and apply the best advertising solutions for our clients.
  • Provide strategic advice to agencies to maximize their return on investment (ROI) on their advertising spend.
  • Work closely with clients in a consultative role to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Consistently deliver against assigned sales targets while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer sales experience.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our relationships with agency partners.
  • Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions to upsell or promote other Google products.
  • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used.
  • Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Consultative solution selling experience in a B2B environment, preferably for advertising products.
  • Experience building or managing online advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner.
  • Able to handle a complex sales cycle with multiple contacts within a company.
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients, as well as experience in cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
