The Role

We're looking for a motivated self-starter who can handle a high-velocity sales approach while providing an excellent customer experience. As a Digital Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience for both new and existing customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily through chat and email.
  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
  • Become an expert on Zendesk products.
  • Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions.
  • Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in Dutch, German, Arabic or Italian.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred.
  • A real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times.
