Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Sales Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat to identify new business opportunities and improve client experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contacting new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat to identify new business opportunities and improve client experience.
  • Improving client's experience by providing support with product adoption and becoming an expert on advertising on the platform.
  • Managing a portfolio with responsibility for growing revenue and providing pre-and after-sales support.
  • Providing excellent customer service and helping and supporting clients at any time.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid residency card for Portugal or EU Citizenship.
  • Native level of French and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).
  • Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (1-3 years).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Motivated, reliable, and committed to your work with a drive for excellence and professionalism.

The Offer

We offer a competitive package including a long fixed-term contract, renewable every year, 30 days of probation period, and working hours from Mon-Fri (7 AM - 5 PM). Our salary conditions include two options: free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) and private health insurance from the beginning of the contract.
